1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Private Delivery LLC’s services, website, and applications (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide on-demand and scheduled courier/delivery services. We may refuse service for prohibited items, cancel or reschedule for safety, and update pricing/policies by posting changes on our website.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and item information.
• Ensure items are packaged and lawful to transport.
• Comply with the Prohibited Items policy.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Extra charges may apply for heavy/oversized or special handling.

5. Use of Technology

• Crisp Chat for support; conversations may be logged.
• Google APIs (e.g., Maps) for geocoding, distance, and routing.
• WooDelivery for job creation/dispatch/driver assignment.
• Stripe for secure payments.

6. Limitations of Liability

• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• For loss/damage, liability limited to the lesser of replacement value or $100 unless you purchase additional insurance before pickup.
• Not responsible for delays outside our control.

7. Insurance & Claims

• Optional insurance may be available prior to pickup.
• Report issues within 24 hours with photos/documentation to info@privatedelivery.pro.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.

10. Governing Law

North Carolina law governs these Terms.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Contact & order details (name, email, phone, addresses, item notes).
• Payment data (via Stripe; card numbers not stored by us).
• Location/routing data via Google APIs.
• Support interactions via Crisp.
• Technical data (IP, device, browser, timestamps).

How We Use Information

• To create/dispatch jobs (WooDelivery) and fulfill deliveries.
• To process payments (Stripe).
• To provide support and service notifications (Crisp).
• To improve safety, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

• Operational partners: WooDelivery, Stripe, Google, Crisp.
• Drivers/contractors: only data necessary to complete a job.
• Legal compliance: when required by law or legal process.

Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards; no method is 100% secure. We retain data as needed to provide Services and comply with obligations.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data at info@privatedelivery.pro.
